Formerly trained in public relations before trading in import business from Bali, Caya is just loving life with all the trimmings it offers to her. She is in it for the long run.
She believes charity is the ultimate solution in creating kinder, caring, and a more compassionate society.

Minette Bennet - Trustee
I have a degree in economics and owned an interior design accessories trading business. I love walking with my dog, pilates, reading, seeing art exhibitions, socialising and being a homemaker. My passion to do voluntary work started in 2003. I feel privileged and humbled to be able to better people’s lives.

Amalia Mayawati Barth - Trustee
I’m currently in a 9-5 job but will retire soon. I enjoy traveling, listening to music, and admiring beautiful artwork in museums. I have been involved with this charity from the beginning and am glad to support its ongoing efforts.

Raing McCullagh - Trustee
She is a consultant with 20 years of experience working with NGOs and faith based organisations in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Ireland and the UK. She has been responsible for leading community based programmes, designing participatory methodologies and managing multi-donor relationships.
Originally from Sumba, Indonesia. She has a particular passion for East Sumbanese textiles; working with weavers and their families to support the traditions and the natural resources required to sustain their practice. Raing’s recent publication “Reflection on the Development of Sumba Woven Fabric MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium enterprises)” examines recent changes that have occurred in the production of East Sumba textiles and how these changes impact contemporary weavers and their enterprises.

Conny Irawati Hesse - Trustee
She has a law degree and working experience in the diplomatic services of the Indonesian Ministry for Foreign Affairs. During her travels she has witnessed many challenging conditions in various nations and societies. This has inspired in her, a growing passion for assisting underprivileged persons through her continuously increasing charity activities. Therefore she is now fully committed to the tasks of this charity.
